About Camille Gaylor
(She/Her )

I began practicing yoga and mindfulness as a teen to soothe and find comfort during periods of stress and anxiety. Over the years, I have experienced the empowering impact these practices have had, and how they have shaped my own sense of well-being. I have since been inspired to share yoga with others and have completed over 600 hours of study. I have been teaching in yoga studios and school settings for the past four years. Mindfulness and curiosity are weaved through my class, supporting you through a present-moment experience. Through my teaching style, I will gently guide you with the intention to soothe your mind and body.

I feel deeply grateful that I was introduced to Yoga as a young person. I would like to acknowledge the rich wisdom and spiritual traditions of this ancient practice. As a facilitator, it is my responsibility and intention to share Yoga with care, gratitude, and humility. I would like to pay respect to the teachers and practitioners that have come before me and that continue to inform and inspire me.

About Emma ROBINSOn (She / Her)

Emma’s teaching offers an opportunity to practice being kind to self through movement. She aims to give options in order for students to use what serves them and leave out what is less helpful. Her classes often include interesting transitions and a place to practice mindfulness in moments of challenge. Through her practice and training, Emma has been drawn to that intangible “bliss” feeling that can be found through asana, breath and meditation. She hopes to cultivate this feeling in all her classes.

Emma is also a qualified clinical Orthotist/Prosthetist and has a strong knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics to support how the asana can feel in your body.
