  • Yin stretches, restorative shapes, self-soothing practices, and relaxed movement.

  • This class encourages slowing down, tuning in, and tenderly responding to the messages and sensations of your body.

Mat Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact exercise that focuses on improving core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. It emphasises controlled movements, proper posture, and breathing techniques, making it an excellent complement to yoga. This class is suitable for everyone to enjoy and also a really fun way to challenge yourself.

Yin and Sound

Join us on Sundays at 4 pm. for a luxurious 75 minutes. The class starts with Yin and restorative stretches to release tension and nurture your physical body. It is followed by deep rest as you listen to the soothing sounds of chimes, rain sticks, and sound bowls played to you by the incredible Emma.

This is the perfect way to end your weekend feeling restored, rejuvenated and ready for the week ahead.

Breathe Into Balance

Slow and conscious breathing is medicine for the modern world. This is a grounding breath work class which includes a sequence of different breathing techniques to help you restore the natural flow of your breath.
A mix of relaxation and activation with the end result being in a deep state of meditation. The purpose of this class is to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and alleviate stress which in turn helps you to bring your mind and body back into balance.

Yin and Yoga Nidra

Our Meditation class: Yin and Yoga Nidra, performed seated or reclined, Experience deep relaxation, self-inquiry and meditation. This practice allows you to ease into deep states of relaxation and obtain restful sleep. Over time, yoga nidra can help enhance well-being, assist in coping with stress and improve sleep.
