Camille
I began practicing yoga and mindfulness as a teen to soothe and find comfort during periods of stress and anxiety. Over the years, I have experienced the empowering impact these practices have had, and how they have shaped my own sense of well-being. I have since been inspired to share yoga with others and have completed over 600 hours of study. I have been teaching in yoga studios and school settings for the past four years. Mindfulness and curiosity are weaved through my class, supporting you through a present-moment experience. Through my teaching style, I will gently guide you with the intention to soothe your mind and body.
I feel deeply grateful that I was introduced to Yoga as a young person. I would like to acknowledge the rich wisdom and spiritual traditions of this ancient practice. As a facilitator, it is my responsibility and intention to share Yoga with care, gratitude, and humility. I would like to pay respect to the teachers and practitioners that have come before me and that continue to inform and inspire me.

Emma
Emma’s teaching offers an opportunity to practice being kind to self through movement. She aims to give options in order for students to use what serves them and leave out what is less helpful. Her classes often include interesting transitions and a place to practice mindfulness in moments of challenge. Through her practice and training, Emma has been drawn to that intangible “bliss” feeling that can be found through asana, breath and meditation. She hopes to cultivate this feeling in all her classes.
Emma is also a qualified clinical Orthotist/Prosthetist and has a strong knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics to support how the asana can feel in your body.

Sushil
Sushil's journey into the world of yoga began with an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a passion for holistic healing. Over the years, she has immersed herself in various trainings and her impressive repertoire includes Hatha & Yin Yoga, Pilates, Remedial Massage Therapy, Reiki Master/Teacher, Dry Needling, Gong healing and Yoga Nidra. With this extensive knowledge, Sushil effortlessly weaves together a tapestry of healing modalities, crafting a unique and enriching experience for her students.
Sushil has been practicing yoga and meditation for over a decade. She discovered her passion for teaching in 2016, completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training in hatha yoga. Her personal practice has been focussed on Iyengar Yoga, a style that accommodates the different bodies with the use of props, which led her to complete extensive training in Yin yoga and pregnancy yoga.
Sushil is passionate about Yin yoga and incorporates meridians and the chakra system in her teachings. She includes meditation, pranayama, yogic philosophy, and mindfulness in every class. You can expect to finish your class with a yoga Nidra, which will leave you feeling relaxed and reconnected to your physical, mental, and energetic body.
Alongside teaching yoga, Sushil is also a Massage therapist, Pilates instructor and Reiki master teacher. She values the importance of moving the body and stilling the mind as a means of deeper connection with the self.

A constantly anxious mind and a disconnection from bodily wisdom led Alex on a journey to search for more embodied and connected ways of being. After exploring a range of practices from Yoga and meditation to Nidra and somatic therapy, Alex is now committed to sharing these tools with others. She has the firm belief that everybody deserves access to practical tools to feel happy and healthy in body and mind, with an emphasis on practices that can fit easily into peoples busy daily lives.
Alex is extremely grateful to have trained and spent time with some of the worlds best teachers and progressive thinkers globally, including Trauma informed yoga with Mei Lai Swan, Womb therapy and pregnancy yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Yin trainings with Karina Smith and Mark Pheely and Hatha Yoga training in India with Irene Ais and Josh Blau, amongst others.
The core to Alex’s philosophy is that we discover our inherent wholeness and humanness when we come into connection with one another through community, through this place of connection and trust we rise together and can be truly valuable to the world.
