The Teens Yoga and Mindfulness Program is tailored to support young people’s mental health and well-being. Each session runs for 60 minutes covering a relevant theme. During our sessions, we move through a sequence that involves discussion, movement, mindfulness, self-soothing practices, relaxation, and breathing practices. The students are provided with a resource pack to support their learning, bringing these skills into their everyday lives.
This program offers teens an opportunity to learn about and integrate the practices of Yoga and Mindfulness using a holistic approach to support their mental health and well-being.
The Teens Yoga environment is a welcoming space, that encourages each person to participate in a way that feels helpful to them.

kids yoga & mindfulness
This program uses the tools and techniques that come from Yoga and Mindfulness to support children in developing understanding and awareness around their mental, emotional, social and physical well-being. Each class includes gentle movement, breath practice, mindfulness, self-soothing practices, relaxation, and team building games and activities. We discover practical tools that support the understanding of emotions. This program is suitable for children of primary school age
Our Kids Yoga and Mindfulness Program is a fun, supportive and uplifting environment for all kids. We really encourage curiosity, creativity, play and gratitude.
